In addition, we offer HSS or HM blanks, in standard sizes, for straightening or executing various profiles.

We can also produce on request custom planing knives in any width or length.

We provide circular saws for wood, PAL, special circular saws for cutting different types of composite materials, for cutting wood along fiber or transversely on fiber, for formatting chipboard boards, alongside incisor blades or for vertical formatting machines.

You can also order special circular saws for wood optimization machines, circular blades for sizing the chipboard, with or without incisor blade or thin blades for producing special lamellas.

For hogging different raw materials we provide hogger heads equipped with special circular saw blades with specific sharpening types.

We can also produce custom circular saws (Min 3 ps’s/model).

Our range of cutter heads includes cutter heads brazed with HM or HSS knives, cutter heads with removable inserts, standard or profiled, varying types of cutter heads for roughing or finishing, and cutter heads with profiled knives, for milling in different types of materials including: solid or hardwood, panels, laminated chipboard or melamine coated on both sides, LDF, HDF, etc.

In addition we provide fixed cutter heads or adjustable cutter heads with spacer rings or adjustable cutter heads mechanism, or just some new inserts.

Depending on the final purpose, we provide grooving cutter heads, cutter heads for planing and straightening, cutters for concave or convex profiles, parquet mills, wainscoting mills, floor profiling cutters, wood wall profiling cutter heads, furniture door profiling sets, interior door profiling cutters, and for exterior doors, window profiling sets, cutters for internal stairs, planning heads, finishing heads equipped with different type of knives like Tersa or Terminus, etc.

We provide shank tools & cutters with brazed HSS or HM tips cutter heads with exchangeable inserts, and spiral monolithic cutters designed for professional machining of solid soft and hard wood and other wood-based materials.

We also provide monolithic spiral cutters made entirely from carbide with advanced profile sharpening technology. The tools are designed and produced with or without shear angle and optimized chip flow as well as geometry guaranteeing chip flow up or down, depending on requirements.

On request, we can suggest, design and manufacture perfect custom shank tools for the required type of work, material, parameters and meet specific conditions during machining.

Our wide range of reversible knives includes standard plates with two, three, four cutting edges, for simple cuts, planing, chipboard milling, profiling or nesting, but also special composite reversible inserts dedicated to chipboard, MDF, HDF, etc. or K-KCR08 removable inserts, ideal for solid wood and chipboards.

We are at your disposal for any special request of reversible inserts, from inserts with various radius’s, to profiles or edges with different geometry.

We provide a wide range of diamond tools for the machining of solid wood and other wood-based materials such as chip board, laminates, MDF, HDF, PVC and CORIAN – Straight shank cutters, turbo shank cutters, profile shank cutters, straight brazed cutters & sets of brazed cutters, profile brazed cutters, inserted hoggers, saw blades and scoring saw blades, parquet cutters.
